Hi friends and family,

I hope you’re all doing well!

My name is Jess, and I’m a single mama to two incredible humans, living on beautiful Vancouver Island.

My soap-making journey first began back in 2014, when my amazing sister Amy brought me to a workshop. I was six months pregnant at the time and knew it wasn’t something I could dive into just yet—but the spark was there.

Fast forward to 2023, and Amy (probably tired of me bugging her) was determined to help me find a hobby. I tried crocheting, knitting, painting—pretty much every craft under the sun—but nothing stuck. That’s when I decided to revisit soap-making.

To my surprise, not only did I love it, but it quickly grew into a true passion. Now, I pour my heart into creating thoughtfully crafted, handmade soaps—free from harmful ingredients and full of care.

Nowadays, my hobbies include soap making and gardening. My goal is to use as many ingredients as I can from flower petals, to herbs, and most recently a failed attempt at growing loofah. I will try again next year.
